Hill Pointe Townhomes is a boutique 8 unit development that is located in the heart of East Hills neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. AERA Builders is the owner and developer on the project, with the vision to bring modern townhouses into an historic neighborhood utilizing their inhouse design team and creativity to bring it to life. It is currently in the final stages of construction. The units all presold prior to finishing, that is how we bring creativity and design elements to make a successful project for not only the end user, but the community.
